However, please do not schedule work until the products are received.  If damaged by the carrier, extra transit time will be inevitable. Holiday Schedule: For order pick up - Every warehouse is closed the business day before and the business day after major holidays.  Orders to be shipped may be processed the business day received depending on the individual warehouse schedule. Days to deliver: Most customers are within the one day zone of UPS/FedEx standard ground.  Therefore, those orders are usually delivered the next day. No need for rush shipping charges. Ordering Samples: The only real proof that you have selected the correct products to meet your goals is by testing.  Therefore, we strongly encourage testing 1 fl. ou. samples ordered by themselves or mixed with your order for regular products. Regular product orders are processed by your selected warehouse, however, samples are only shipped from our sample fulfillment location.  There is no extra charge for shipping dual source orders. Security: Your order is on a secure server with encrypted data transmitted (see the https designation in the address bar during checkout). We do not have access to your credit card information.  It is handled only by one of the country's largest and most trusted processors - Authorize.net.
